Pastor Ada Omon has been in ministry since 1994, serving as co-pastor with her husband Bishop Emma Omon at The Radiant Church Headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. In January 2005, Pastor Ada Omon had a unique encounter with God in which God deposited a special anointing upon her and planted a vision in her heart for women.

Complete Woman International Ministries Incorporated was born out of that encounter and it was officially inaugurated in March 2005. It is a ministry geared towards resolving the conflicts of womanhood as well as empowering women spiritually, economically, morally, and socially. It is a platform to help the woman understand her original purpose and how to fulfil that purpose.

To this end, Pastor Ada conducts bimonthly seminars popularly known as “Complete Woman Seminar”. These seminars usually attract gatherings of women from all walks of life and various denominations. Pastor Ada who devotes a lot of time to prayer and studies has a special healing and revival anointing on her life and many women have testified to receiving healing and deliverance in her meetings. Many women who were barren have received the fruit of the womb in some of her meetings.

Complete Woman telecast is anchored by Pastor Ada and watched weekly across several nations. This program came with a big bang and has become a delight for millions of television viewers.

In addition to complete woman seminars Pastor Ada also conducts a quarterly breakfast meeting for Pastors’ Wives and Women in ministry. It is a mentoring platform for Pastors’ wives and women in ministry. This meeting attracts many pastors’ wives and women in ministry from various denominations.
